After Destroy All Lines announced the Good Things Festival would be back in 2024, the dates for the alternate, metal and punk festival have now been revealed.
This year’s event will once again take place in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane during December.
Good Things Festival 2024 will be held at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne on Friday, December 6, Centennial Park in Sydney on Saturday, December 7 and Brisbane Showgrounds in Brisbane on Sunday, December 8.
There’s been no word on when tickets will go on sale as yet, with organisers urging fans to sign up to the Good Things mailing list to be kept up to date. The lineup has also been kept under wraps, although we’ve come up with our own 2024 lineup predictions you can check out here.
Since its inception in 2018, Good Things has quickly become Australia’s premier alternate, punk and metal festival, taking over the mantle once held by the now defunct Soundwave Festival.
Last year’s event was headlined by Fall Out Boy, Limp Bizkit and Devo and was a roaring success. You can check out the aftermovie wrap of the festival above.
Organiser took to social media earlier this year with a message to fans promising an even bigger 2024 festival: “We are beyond excited to be working behind the scenes to assemble our 2024 lineup for you. We know that music festivals have been in the news for the wrong reasons of late, but we are here and can’t wait for December to roll around once again!”
You can find out all the coming news about the festival by signing up to the Good Things Festival mailing list here.
