Music in the Square Is Back This November
Enjoy local food and drink while being serenaded by three emerging South Australian artists at this inclusive free event.

After a hugely successful event last year, City of Adelaide’s Music in the Square returns for another fun-filled evening of celebrated local music and good times in the heart of the CBD this month.
Taking place at Hindmarsh Square/Mukata on Friday 28 November, Music in the Square features an unmissable and unprecedented lineup of South Australia's finest musical talents paired with delicious local food and drink options set against a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere.
This year’s event marks ten years since the first Music in the Square, with a special curated lineup of performers featuring George Alice, Praise Mangena and Nat Luna.
After several years away from the spotlight, George Alice returned this year with sparkling singles ‘SOS’ and ‘Valium & Sushi’. Merging pop hooks with introspective lyrics, Alice is a dynamic performer sure to have the crowd up and dancing.

Also taking to the stage is Praise Mangena, a multidisciplinary performing artist sure to dazzle with her spoken-word poetry and movement. Mangena creates an immersive experience that’s sure to captivate.
Last but not least is rising pop star Nat Luna. The multi-hyphenate singer, songwriter and producer takes influence from the likes of Ariana Grande and SZA, informing her alluring and empowering compositions that shatter boundaries and shift perspectives.
Along with the great music, enjoy yummy food and drink options from some of Adelaide’s top-notch eateries. Mobile food trucks Caro Club and The Thai Guy, along with French bistro Le Pas Sage, will be on hand dishing up tasty morsels, while the nearby The Griffins will be slinging all your favourite cold beverages.
