Gluttony is back bigger and better than ever in 2026. This year’s program features more than 200 shows across 16 performance spaces spanning music, comedy, circus, cabaret, theatre, magic and dance.
Returning to Rymill Park/Murlawirrapurka, Gluttony officially opens today, Friday 19 February, and runs until Sunday 22 March.
Celebrating its 16th anniversary, Gluttony has upped its food and beverage game this year, offering more than 25 street food vendors, 20 bars and two pop-up restaurants, including the return of Andre’s Cucina by MasterChef alumnus Andre Ursini and the award-winning Botanic Lodge.
Highlights of Gluttony include the returning Champagne Island, a premium champagne bar located in the centre of Rymill Park Lake, expanded street-food precincts across Cityside, Lakeside and the new Southside Precinct near Bartels Road and the debut of the Gluttony Sculpture Walk, a free outdoor visual art trail.
Other new installations and experiences include a vinyl retail store, Spiritz Window, Private Pier Booths on Champagne Island and the Voices Installation spread out across Gluttony’s three precincts: City Side, Lake Side and the new Bartels Precinct on the southern edge of the lake.
“Sixteen years in, Gluttony has grown into far more than a festival site — it’s a place people plan their Fringe around,” says Gluttony co-directors Elena Kirschbaum.
“This year’s program is our largest and most considered yet, with more artists, more music, expanded hospitality and more ways for audiences to experience Fringe, whether that’s discovering a show, settling in for dinner, or spending an entire night moving through the park.”

Music lovers are in for a treat, with Gluttony hosting over 40 music performances, including DJ sets from NERO, Young Franco and Chicane alongside live performances by Faker, Furnace and the Fundamentals, Hot Dub Time Machine and Adelaide cult favourites The Beards.
The broader program features the Dave Gleeson-led Long Way to the Top, Japanese circus sensation GASHA, History of House: Greatest Hits with Groove Terminator and Soweto Gospel Choir, Dom Chambers: Magic Hunt and California Crooners Club led by Hugh Sheridan.
Gluttony co-director Daniel Michael said: “Our aim is to create a place people want to arrive early, stay late and return to night after night.
“Whether you’re here for a show, a meal, a drink or the atmosphere, Gluttony is where Fringe comes alive.”
Gluttony runs from Thursday 19 February to Sunday 22 March. Tickets will be available through Fringetix with all Gluttony shows listed on the Adelaide Fringe and Gluttony websites.
