Australia’s favourite children’s entertainer Emma Memma has kicked off 2026 with the release of her new album, Jungle Picnic.

Released in January, the album follows last year’s Dance Island Party, which won the ARIA Award for Best Children’s Album.

Produced by Emma Watkins (aka Emma Memma) and Oliver Brian, Jungle Picnic comprises 19 songs, 16 of which are original compositions, and has been called “a celebration of imagination, outdoor adventure and shared play” and

To coincide with the release of Jungle Picnic, Emma Memma has announced a massive 40-date tour taking in every state and territory. Inspired by her new album, the Jungle Picnic Tour encourages audiences to bring their picnic baskets and pet rocks along to shows and get ready to sing and dance with Emma Memma and her Memma Mates.

Every concert features an Auslan interpreter, while Emma Memma and Elvin Melvin will also sign throughout each performance, naturally integrating sign language into each gig.

Emma Memma is bringing Jungle Picnic to Adelaide’s Norwood Theatre on Monday 13 April and Mt. Gambier’s Sir Robert Helpmann on Sunday 19 April.

Tickets for all shows are on sale now at livenation.com.au.

Emma Memma, aka Emma Watkins, has established herself as one of Australia’s premier children’s entertainers.

Originally a member of The Wiggles for almost a decade, Emma Memma went out on her own in 2022 and hasn’t looked back. In that time, she’s released five studio albums, with her debut Emma Memma and last year’s Dance Island Party winning the ARIA Award for Best Children’s Album, toured extensively across Australia, Singapore and Canada and released some of the most popular kids’ songs of the past ten years.

Emma Memma is also big on inclusive communication, with part of her PHD reseached conducted at Macquarie University exploring the integration of sign language in children’s media and positioning sign language not as an accessibility add-on, but as a playful, visual language that all children can share.

This is something she incorporates in her performances, making sure there is an Auslan interpreter at every concert while also signing herself while on stage.

As recognisable as the likes of Sesame Street, Bluey and Ms Rachel, Emma Memma’s upcoming run of shows is not to be missed.

Catch Emma Memma in Adelaide at Norwood Theatre on Monday 13 April and Mt. Gambier’s Sir Robert Helpmann on Sunday 19 April. Tickets on sale now via livenation.com.au.
