Anthony Salame Announces Australian Stand-Up Tour 2025

Sydney stand-up Anthony Salame is touring his new show The Immigrant’s Kid across the country later this year.
The comedian, actor and former radio host offers his unique perspective on life as a first-generation Australian, sharing hilarious and heartfelt stories about his upbringing, cultural differences and personal experiences as a father.
Taking to the stage at Comics Lounge in Sydney on Saturday 9 August, Salame then performs at Adelaide’s Rhino Room on Saturday 16 August, Brisbane’s Good Chat Comedy Club on Friday 29 August, and Melbourne’s Factory Theatre on Thursday 4 September.

A stand-up for longer than he can remember, Salame’s varied career in the entertainment business included a six-year stint as the co-host of Beirut, Lebanon’s Virgin Radio Morning Crew, and five years co-hosting Star 106.3 FM in Townsville.
Salame has also featured in Aussie comedy shows Pizza, Swift and Shift Couriers and Housos, sold out multiple shows across the nation and received an ARIA Award nomination in the best comedy category for his stand-up special Is This Thing On?.
A published author who’s also shared the stage with legends including Jimmy Carr, Bill Burr, Jeff Ross and Jo Koy, expect plenty of laughs when Salame hits town in August.
