President Announce Australian Tour 2027

Mysterious English rock collective President have announced their debut headline tour of Australia.

The quartet, led by the mask-wearing The President, have announced five shows across the country in February 2027, with support from Canberra outfit Hands Like Houses.

The tour announcement arrives a few weeks ahead of the band's debut album, Blood of Your Empire, which drops Friday 4 September via Atlantic Records.

The President tour kicks off on Friday 19 February at the Metropolis in Fremantle. The anonymous group then plays Adelaide's Hindley Street Music Hall on Sunday 21 February, followed by shows at the Forum in Melbourne on Tuesday 23 February and Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane on Thursday 25 February, finishing up in Sydney at Roundhouse on Saturday 27 February.

There are several presale options available, with the Artist Album presale running from 10am AEST Wednesday 26 August to 10am AEST Friday 28 August, the Mastercard presale stretching from 10am AEST Thursday 27 August to 10am AEST Friday 28 August and the Live Nation presale from 10am AEST Thursday 27 August to 10am AEST Friday 28 August. President came out of nowhere last year, luring in fans with their epic music videos and hybrid metalcore/electronic sound. It also helps that the band wear masks and nobody is entirely sure who they really are.

The quartet released the EP King of Terrors last year to much acclaim, with fans eager to hear what they have in store on their forthcoming debut record, Blood of Your Empire.

President have also gained a reputation as a wild live band in their short time in the spotlight, with tickets to their upcoming Australian tour sure to sell quickly.
