Beginning with two shows in New Zealand, ISMO starts his Aussie tour with a gig in Perth at the Astor Theatre on Wednesday, November 20. This is followed by performances in Adelaide at the Norwood Concert Hall on Friday, November 22, Melbourne’s Palais Theatre on Saturday, November 23 and Sydney’s Opera House on Sunday, November 24. Beginning his career in 2002, ISMO became well-known throughout Scandinavia for his witty commentary on everyday life. He broke through internationally when he entered a competition in the States hosted by the Laugh Factory in 2014 which he went on to win, claiming the title of ‘The Funniest Person in the World.’
Moving to the States in 2016, ISMO became the first Finnish comedian to perform on CONAN, with his stand-up set receiving over 135 million views on YouTube. This led to ISMO selling out clubs and theatres across America and internationally and opening for big-time comic Gabriel Iglesias.
Once he’s completed the Australian and New Zealand leg of his WOO HOO! WORLD TOUR, ISMO plans to take the show across the US, Europe and Canada.
After his last Australian tour sold out in record time, you’ll want to grab tickets for ISMO as quickly as possible.
Catch ISMO at the Norwood Concert Hall on Friday, November 22. Tickets on sale now via BOHM Presents.
