Fans of early 00’s indie are in for a treat, with Northern Irish act Two Door Cinema Club announcing an Australian and New Zealand tour. The band will be performing their iconic debut album, Tourist History, in full, along with a set of fan favourites.
If that doesn’t get the juices flowing, fellow indie rockers The Vaccines are also along for the ride, treating fans to tracks from their hit album What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?.
Released in 2010, Tourist History topped the Irish Independent Albums Chart and won the Choice Music Prize for the Irish Album of the Year. A mix of catchy indie riffs and danceable hooks, the album spawned hit singles ‘What You Know’, ‘Something Good Can Work’ and ‘Undercover Martyn’.
Just a year later, The Vaccines burst out of London with What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?, an album that defined the British sound of that time and featured classics ‘If You Wanna’, ‘Post Break-Up Sex’ and ‘Wetsuit’.
Two Door Cinema Club’s 2026 tour with The Vaccines commences in Perth at Perth HPC on Sunday 15 November. Dates follow at AEC Theatre in Adelaide on Wednesday 18 November, John Cain Arena in Melbourne on Friday 20 November, Hordern Pavilion in Sydney on Saturday 21 November and Riverstage in Brisbane on Wednesday 25 November, with the two bands wrapping things up on Friday 27 November at Spark Arena in Auckland.

Two Door Cinema Club formed in 2007 and made an impact just three years later with the release of their stunning debut album, Tourist History. They’ve gone on to release four more albums, embark on sold-out tours across the globe and become a favourite of Australian audiences.
On returning to Australia, Two Door Cinema Club said, “We have some incredible memories of time spent in Oz and NZ and we can’t wait to get back for some really big shows. I don’t know what it is about the southern hemisphere, but you guys just know how it’s done.”
Tour mates The Vaccines also made a huge splash with their debut album, What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?, which also turns 15 this year. The quartet have gone on to release a further five albums, including their most recent, 2024’s Pick-Up Full of Pink Carnations.
Thrilled to be joining their mates on tour, The Vaccines added, “Touring Australia in the summer feels more like a holiday than a job, so naturally we're extremely excited to return and celebrate everything our first album has given us with our old friends, Two Door Cinema Club!”
