Crash Test Dummies Announce Australian Tour 2027

After thrilling audiences last year on their first Australian tour in more than 30 years, Crash Test Dummies are returning in 2027.

The Canadian alternative folk-rockers are performing a greatest hits set featuring all their biggest songs, including 'Afternoons & Coffeespoons', 'Superman's Song', 'God Shuffled His Feet', 'Ballad of Peter Pumpkinhead' and their Australian chart-topping smash hit, 'Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm'.

The tour commences at The Tivoli in Brisbane on Friday 2 April, followed by dates at Twin Towers in Tweed Heads on Saturday 3 April and Thebarton Theatre in Adelaide on Thursday 8 April, before the band drop in on Melbourne and play the Forum on Friday 9 April. Crash Test Dummies then travel to Sydney and play the Enmore Theatre on Saturday 10 April, wrapping their tour in Perth at the Astor Theatre on Wednesday 14 April.

Founded in 1988, Crash Test Dummies are known for frontman Brad Roberts' iconic baritone.

Releasing their first album in 1991, it was the group's 1993 follow-up, God Shuffled His Feet, that turned Crash Test Dummies into a global smash, with their music becoming a staple on American college radio throughout the '90s.

Going through lineup changes and several hiatuses in the early 00s, the OG lineup of Brad Roberts, Ellen Reid, Dan Roberts and Mitch Dorge reunited in 2017 and began touring again.

After selling out their 2025 tour, demand for tickets is sure to be high once again, so fans are urged to sign up for the presale to secure their best chance at acquiring tickets.
