Beer collabs with bands are becoming a common thing these days (Ocean Alley and Coopers, for example), and the latest act to get involved are Melbourne’s Tropical Fuck Storm.
Hot on the heels of the release of their fourth album Fairyland Codex, the garage pub rockers have teamed with Castlemaine brewer Love Shack Brewing Company to create their own draught beer – Tropical Fu*k Storm Bitter!
“TFS Bitter is smooth and dry, drink it until the day that you die," says the band.
Those partial to the amber liquid will be able to grab a slab directly from Love Shack, while a wide range of retailers will begin stocking the beer in the coming months.
The announcement comes midway through Tropical Fuck Storm's Australian tour, with the quartet set to take to the stage in Adelaide tonight at The Gov. This will be followed by a show at The Rechabite in Perth on Friday 14 November, three sold-out shows at Sydney’s Marrickville Bowlo and a final gig at Hamilton Station in Newcastle on Sunday 23 November.
All gigs feature special guest Michael Beach, with the remaining tickets for Adelaide, Perth and Newcastle on sale now via linktr.ee/tropical_fuck_storm.

TFS’s tour comes in support of their recently released long player, Fairyland Codex.
Co-produced with Michael Beach at Tropical Fuck Storm’s Dodgy Brothers studio in Nagambie, the album features ten rocking tracks and has been described in press material as “the chaos of a fateful landslide, picking out the characters that litter the impending collapse of society.”
The quartet of vocalist and guitarist Gareth Liddiard, bassist and vocalist Fiona Kitschin, guitarist, keyboardist and vocalist Erica Dunn and drummer Lauren Hammel just completed a massive run of shows across America, Europe and the UK and are now back home for their final dates of the year, performing to home crowds across the nation.
Catch Tropical Fuck Storm performing at The Gov tonight, Thursday 13 November. Tickets on sale now via oztix.com.au.
