Australia’s beloved vocal ensemble The Ten Tenors return this December for a festive tour, performing traditional Christmas classics alongside contemporary favourites.
The group’s brand new Christmas tour, A Not So Silent Night, is a celebration of the holiday season and a chance for audiences to witness the group up close and personal.
“Christmas is our favourite time of the year and it’s always a special experience - to get out on stage and see and hear the audience as they sing along to all our favourite Christmas tunes,” says Mikey Edwards, Musical Director and long-time tenor. “We can’t wait to bring this new Christmas show to Australia and welcome the festive season with all our Australian fans.”
The Ten Tenors A Not So Silent Night Tour begins with two shows at Brisbane’s QPAC on Thursday 3 December. The tenors then perform at Gold Coast’s The Star (Saturday 5 December), Toowoomba’s Empire Theatre (Monday 7 December), Melbourne’s Hamer Hall (Wednesday 9 December), Sydney’s State Theatre (Thursday 10 December), Newcastle’s Civic Theatre (Saturday 12 December) and Adelaide’s AEC Theatre (Thursday 17 December), wrapping the tour up at Perth’s His Majesty’s Theatre on Saturday 19 December.
