If you love The Beatles but never got the chance to see them live, get yourself along and experience The Mersey Beatles when they tour Australia this August.
The world’s favourite Liverpool-born tribute to the Fab Four have announced a 14-date tour where they will perform all of The Beatles’ biggest hits, including ‘A Hard Day’s Night’, ‘Help!’, ‘Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds’, ‘Yesterday’, ‘All You Need Is Love’, ‘Day Tripper’ and many more.
The awesome foursome, who wear Beatles-inspired costumes, play both city and regional venues this August, beginning their month-long jaunt at Perth’s Astor Theatre on Friday 1 August. The Mersey Beatles perform in a host of cities and towns, including Adelaide, Bankstown, Wyong, Tweed Heads and Campbeltown before ending the tour at Kingsford’s The Juniors on Sunday 24 August.

The Mersey Beatles are comprised of Liverpool locals Mark Bloor (John), Steven Howard (Paul), Brian Ambrose (Ringo) and Craig McGown (George).
They built their reputation performing in pubs and clubs throughout Liverpool before taking up a residency at the world-famous Cavern Club for more than a decade in the early 00s, where they clocked up an impressive 600+ performances.
The band have received glowing reviews from critics, with Julia Baird, John Lennon’s sister, having this to say about the quartet: “The Mersey Beatles absolutely nail the sound of The Beatles. They have that brilliant ability to get people up on their feet dancing… and John would have loved that!”
