The Mark of Cain have sadly been forced to withdraw from Froth & Fury Fest 2026 due to “unforeseen circumstances.”
The hardcore noise rockers were locked in to perform at the Adelaide leg of the festival, but can no longer perform.
In a statement, the band wrote: “The Mark of Cain are extremely disappointed to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ve had to cancel our up and coming appearance at Froth and Fury. We’d like to express our thanks to Jason and the Froth & Fury Team who have been so understanding and accommodating regards to this turn of events.”
Taking The Mark of Cain’s place on the lineup are Melbourne’s notorious extreme exports, Blood Duster. Expect the unexpected when these unhinged lads take to the stage with their classic lineup later this month.
Blood Duster join an absolutely stacked Adelaide lineup that also includes Aussie metalcore champions Polaris, Max Cavalera’s groove metal act Soulfly and industrial metal side project Nailbomb, Byron Bay behemoths In Hearts Wake, Cali punkers Lagwagon, black metal hero Abbath Doom Occulta and many more.
This year’s Froth & Fury Fest takes place across two huge dates at Perth’s HPC on Saturday 24 January and Adelaide’s Showgrounds on Saturday 31 January, with tickets on sale now via frothandfuryfest.com.

Froth & Fury Fest has become one of the country's biggest festivals, with the addition of a Perth date highlighting the growth of the festival.
Partnering with the team at Soundworks Touring, organisers can’t wait to bring the mayhem and fun of the original Adelaide event to Western Australia.
“Froth & Fury is all about community, intensity, and a shared love of live music. Perth has an incredible scene, and we can’t wait to bring the full Froth experience west,” says festival organiser Anita Decoster.
“Western Australia has been crying out for a heavy/alternative music festival, and we’re pumped to finally bring Froth & Fury to the West,” adds Perth festival organiser Brad Wesson.
Froth & Fury Fest 2026 takes place at Perth HPC in Mount Claremont on Saturday 24 January and at Adelaide Showgrounds in Adelaide on Saturday 31 January. Tickets on sale now via frothandfuryfest.com.
