Less than a week after returning with powerful new single ‘Break The Cycle’, Aussie metalcore beasts Ocean Sleeper have announced their biggest Australian tour to date.
Fresh from signing to BMG Australia and New Zealand Rise Records US, the quartet are hitting up some of the best venues across the country in September.
Joining Ocean Sleeper on tour will be American rockers Nevertel, emerging Kiwi alt-metal act Vana and Australia’s own Outloved.
“We can't wait to finally be touring back home in Australia again and in our biggest rooms ever. After last year's sold-out headline tour, we have been grinding out tours all over the world, which has made our performances better than ever before,” says Ocean Sleeper’s Karl Spiessl.
“The band has been growing really quickly in the last few years, very honoured to be able to play all of these shows alongside Nevertel, Vana & Outloved. We have spent a long time working on new music, and we can't wait to start performing our new single ‘Break The Cycle’ live. Everything right now is a massive step forward for the band, new music, new label signing and the crowds we get to play to.”
Ocean Sleeper’s tour begins at Liberty Hall in Sydney on Friday 4 September, followed by dates at Brisbane’s The Princess Theatre on Saturday 5 September, Magnet House in Perth on Thursday 10 September, Hindley Street Music Hall in Adelaide on Friday 11 September, ending with a massive home state show at the Forum in Melbourne on Saturday 12 September.
Fans can access an artist pre-sale from 9am AEST Thursday 21 May to 9am AEST Saturday 23rd May by signing up here. General public tickets are on sale from 9am Tuesday 26 May via oceansleeper.com.
