Jorja Smith Shares New Song ‘I Lied, You Lied’

This is the third single taken from Jorja Smith's upcoming new album, 'What Are The Odds'.

A week out from the release of Jorja Smith's hotly anticipated third long player, What Are The Odds, out Friday 21 August via FAMM/The Ordard, the UK singer-songwriter has shared new track, 'I Lied, You Lied'.

Following the singles 'What's Done Is Done' and 'Alive', Smith's latest garage-meets-dancehall beauty is co-produced by P2J and Marco Bernardis. It features the vocalist singing about a dishonest relationship over electronic programming, piano and saxophone, with a beat that's hard to quit.

After topping the UK R&B Albums Chart in 2024 with her sophomore release Falling or Flying, Smith’s new record finds the BRIT Award winner and longtime collaborator and producer P2J embracing UK garage, 2-step, grime and Afro house across 12 tracks exploring friendship, grief, growth, self-discovery and love.

'I Lied, You Lied' arrives after Smith's whirlwind tour of Mexico, supporting Harry Styles on his Together, Together world tour.

What Are The Odds drops the same day as Smith co-headlines All Points East in London’s Victoria Park alongside Tems. Smith also had a hand in curating the lineup, bringing together artists including Nia Archives, Westside Gunn, Uncle Waffles and Katy B alongside a special one-off performance from Elmiene and The Sunday Service Choir.
