Following the announcement of heavy rock icons Guns N’ Roses taking to the stage at the bp Adelaide Grand Final Sunday concert this year, organisers have today revealed hip hop icons and Adelaide favourites Hilltop Hoods will headline the Saturday after race concert on November 28.
Fresh from a run of sold-out shows across the country supporting their ninth studio album, Fall From The Light, the Hoods are ready to light up the stage with their hip hop anthems, including ‘The Nosebleed Section’, ‘1955’, ‘Cosby Sweater’, ‘I Love It’ and more.
The trio – comprised of MCs Suffa and Pressure and DJ Debris – boast an incredible ten ARIA awards, seven number one chart-topping albums and a record number of songs featuring in the annual triple j Hottest 100 countdown.
Suffa from Hilltop Hoods says, “Earlier in the year we got to launch our new album in Adelaide, and we were reminded of why hometown crowds are so special. That’s just one of the many reasons that we can’t wait to play the Adelaide Grand Final in November alongside an incredible lineup.”
Hilltop Hoods will be joined by Brisbane indie favourites Ball Mark Music, whose 2025 album Like Love topped the ARIA Albums Chart, viral TikTok star Cyril and Adelaide’s very own alt-rockers Teenage Joans, who have won eight South Australian Music Awards and performed alongside the likes of the Foo Fighters and Amy Shark.
