Canberra hardcore rockers Hands Like Houses have put a call out for local support to join them on their upcoming 2026 Australian tour.
The search is on for local bands to perform alongside Hands Like Houses at all shows on The Lotus Tour, with the quartet taking to social media to announce news.
“The Lotus Tour is just over 2 months away and we’re looking for support across the country for each show,” the band posted.
“There are a lot of stacked international tours rolling through right now, but real opportunities for Aussie bands to play bigger rooms are still super limited, so we wanna do this properly.
“Tag bands you want to see, tag your own band and share this post. We will check every submission, stats don’t matter, music does. Every selected support will be PAID, always!!
“Much love, support local, support Aussie music.”
The band’s Instagram post already has over 1,800 comments, while their Facebook post has almost 500 comments.
This is a great initiative by Hands Like Houses and one more bands in their postion should follow.
