Multi-Award-winning singer-songwriters Felicity Urquhart and Josh Cunningham have shared new single ‘Stone In Your Heart’, the latest taste of their highly anticipated third studio album, Everything Around You, out Friday 6 March via ABC Music (pre-order/pre-save here).
Following previous singles ‘Lifeline’, ‘Joy Roller’ and ‘I Want You’, the duo’s latest is a heartfelt country ballad. Urquhart says t’Stone In Your Heart’ “is a reminder that carrying a burden of negativity is only going to drag you down. It would be a tragedy to buckle under a weight like that when you can decide to stick with love.”
Cunningham adds, “The song emphasises a deliberate, committed choice to practice love and compassion, even in the face of hatred or adversity. The choice to love is a powerful, redemptive force that builds up, in contrast to hate, which tears down.”
Urquhart and Cunningham, who were recently nominated as Group/Duo of the Year for the 2026 Toyota Golden Guitar Awards, produced Everything Around You alongside Matt Fell, recording the album at Birdsong Studio (Central Coast), Wilder Studio (TAS) and Fireswamp Studio (Blue Mountains).
