Fresh from the success of his 2024 album The Necklace, Adelaide-born MC Allday has shared his first taste of new music in 2025 via the single ‘falling under’.
The track is very much of the modern hip hop era, with murky production and introspective lyrics. Premiered on triple j Drive with Ash McGregor, ‘falling under’ marks a new chapter in Allday’s career, with the talented artist already gearing up for the release of his sixth album.
To coincide with the release of ‘falling under’, Allday has announced a run of regional headline shows across Queensland and New South Wales.
Allday’s August tour begins at Kings Beach Tavern in Caloundra on Thursday 21 August and continues with dates at Cleveland’s Sands Hotel on Friday 22 August, Byron Bay’s Beach Hotel on Saturday 23 August and Wollongong’s Uni Bar on Friday 29 August, coming to and end at Newcastle’s King Street Hotel on Saturday 30 August.
Tickets for all five shows are on sale now via alldaytunes.com.

Last year was another ripper for Allday, whose fifth album, The Necklace, received great reviews from the Aussie music press, with Rolling Stone awarding the record four and a half stars out of five and commenting, “Allday [is] operating at the top of his game.”
2024 also saw the artist born Tom Gaynor embarking on a sold-out national tour and performing at festivals including Yours and Owls and Party in the Paddock.
With over 340 million global streams, seven Gold and two Platinum ARIA accreditations to his name, Allday is one of the nation’s most successful modern artists and eager to get back in the studio and release more music for his adoring fans.
Catch Allday in regional Queensland and New South Wales this August. Tickets are on sale now via alldaytunes.com.
