The northern suburbs will play host to new music festival A Day in the Gully in 2026. The jam-packed day of activities arrives courtesy of SRO Events (Standing Room Only) in partnership with City of Tea Tree Gully and features an incredible lineup of Aussie artists, headlined by punk rock icons The Living End.
The brand-new festival takes over Civic Park in Modbury on Saturday 28 February and is expected to attract thousands of music lovers. The all-day event is family-friendly and open to all ages, with the lineup featuring a mix of Aussie stalwarts and rising superstars.
The Living End are arguably the biggest name on the bill, with the trio currently on tour supporting their most recent release, this year’s I Only Trust Rock n Roll.
They will be joined by a stack of awesome Aussie acts, including Brizzy indie rockers Ball Park Music, fresh from supporting Oasis, singer-songwriter Pete Murray, downtempo indie electronic artist Chet Faker and pop superstar Mallrat.
The bill also includes a couple of local acts, with Teenage Joans and The Tullamarines performing on the day.
Pre-sale tickets for City of Tea Tree Gully residents are on sale now until Sunday 16 November at 11:59pm for just $75 +bf. Locals can receive the pre-sale link here.
General on-sale kicks off at 7am on Monday 17 November, with first release tickets going for $125.

Along with all the great music, A Day in the Gully will play host to some of Adelaide’s best food trucks and local favourites serving up gourmet bites and a selection of bars slinging craft wine, beer and cocktails that celebrate the best producers from the Gully and beyond.
“We’re thrilled to be bringing A Day in the Gully to Tea Tree Gully in February 2026 - an incredible new music festival that celebrates community, creativity, and connection,” says Danielle Jones, Managing Director & Co-Owner of SRO Events. “Our vision is to create an unforgettable experience that showcases amazing Australian artists, local food and wine, and the relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes this region so special.”
City of Tea Tree Gully Mayor Marijka Ryan adds, “This new music festival is all about bringing people together. It will be a great chance to celebrate Australian live music and have some fun - right in our own backyard. I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone at Civic Park, having an amazing time.”
