Indianapolis indie go-getters Wishy have announced the release of their sophomore album, Nature’s Pill, out Friday 2 October via Winspear, while also sharing the album’s lead single, ‘Lovesick’.
Nature’s Pill features Wishy’s vibrant mix of heady indie goodness, dream-pop choruses and wild lyrics. Co-produced by Ben Lumsdaine, the band took a more collaborative approach to writing and recording the album.
Lead single ‘Lovesick’ is a warm, indie burst of joy with jangly guitars and a feel-good ‘90s vibe.
Vocalist Nina Pitchkites says of the track, “There’s not much more that needs to be said about yearning in 2026, but here it is anyway. Kevin and I are stupidly romantic people who like twee pop so that combination alone was a recipe for a cheeky ‘main character’ song. We really leaned into the overzealous lyrics here because 1) we’re allowed, 2) can do whatever we want and 3) it’s fun :) yay!”

Comprising vocalists and guitarist Krauter and Pitchkites alongside guitarist Dimitri Morris, bassist Mitch Collins and drummer Conner Host, Wishy are excited to gift Nature’s Pill into the world.
