Forming in Stockholm in 2015, Viagra Boys comprise vocalist Sebastian Murphy alongside musicians Linus Hillborg (guitar), Elias Jungqvist (keyboards), Henrik Höckert (bass), Tor Sjödén (drums) and Oskar Carls (saxophone).
All four of the band’s albums – Street Worms (2018), Welfare Jazz (2021), Cave World (2022) and Viagr Aboys (2025) – have been met with critical acclaim, with this year’s Viagr Aboys called “absurd, visceral, and uncomfortably honest” by Clash and awarded an impressive score of nine out of ten.
Quickly becoming regular visitors to our shores – the band sold out their 2024 tour – Viagra Boys and are excited to perform tracks from their most recent record, this year’s Viagr Aboys, along with all the big tracks from their decade-spanning career for their Aussie fans.
Catch Viagra Boys at Hindley Street Music Hall on Wednesday 20 January. Tickets on sale via frontiertouring.com.
