Adelaide Beer & BBQ Fest is back bigger and better in 2026, with Aussie legends TISM locked in as the Friday night headliner. They’ll be joined by American singer-songwriter Ben Kewller, indie rockers Ratcat and the Mavis’s.
Saturday features psych rock outfit Tropical Fuck Storm, hardcore beats SPEED and iconic songwriter Tim Rogers.
There’s also a stack of Aussie acts performing across the weekend, with interstate acts Plus Party Dozen (NSW), Public Figures (Vic) and Sonic Reducer (ACT) sharing the stage with local bands such as Brad Chicken & The Bootstraps, Young Offenders, Hesh and the debut of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Silverchair (fka I Can’t Believe It’s Not Weezer).
This new and updated edition of the long-running festival also has a new location for 2026, with the Beer & BBQ Fest taking over The Drive next to Adelaide Oval on Friday 10 and Saturday 11 July.
Beyond the stage, the festival leans fully into what it does best, food and drink, with three sessions across the weekend: Friday Night (18+), Saturday Day (family friendly) and Saturday Night (18+).
When it comes to the drinks lineup, there are brewers from across the nation alongside a growing range of “not beer” operators slinging wine, gin and other brewed beverages. Bowden Brewing, The Suburban Brew, Loophole Brewing CO., Heaps Normal and Little Band Brewing are just some of the producers showing their wares at this year’s event.
The food lineup features heroes of fire cooking flavours from across the globe, including low and slow heavy hitters Big Box BBQ (ACT) and Sydney’s Carolina Smoke (NSW via North Carolina).
Pre-sale tickets are available now at “Wayville Prices”, meaning if you have attended a Beer & BBQ Festival in its former incarnation, you will be able to purchase tickets for the same price as you could have last year at the Showground (inflation-free!).
General public on-sale takes place at 11am Thursday 9 April via beerbbqfest.com.au.

Beer & BBQ Festival founders Gareth Lewis and Aaron Sandow said the new venue signals a new start, a new festival.
“We can’t wait to see what this little independent festival can look and taste like in its new home. Not only is it more accessible from the city, it allows us more space to be creative and build the festival we want to present now.
“Beer & BBQ Festival has always been about supporting the brewers, the chefs and the artists and they need support more than ever, this grown-up festival in the heart of the city means they can put their beers in the hands of more punters than ever before. And now we have a big shiny stage to play with!”
Beer & BBQ Fest 2026 takes place at The Drive on Friday 10 and Saturday 11 July. Ticketing information is available at beerbbqfest.com.au.
