Irish folk rockers The Whistlin’ Donkeys are returning for their third Australian tour this September and October.
Combining traditional Irish folk with high-energy Celtic rock, The Whistlin’ Donkeys have become famous for their vibrant live shows, making them one of the most in-demand acts in the world.
Their upcoming tour takes in six capital cities, kicking off at Perth’s Metro City on Friday 26 September. The Whistlin’ Donkeys then play gigs at Brisbane’s The Triffid on Saturday 27 September, Darwin’s Mayberry on Wednesday 1 October, Adelaide’s Lion Arts Factory on Thursday 2 October and Melbourne’s Croxton Bandroom on Friday 3 October, with their final show taking place at Sydney’s Roundhouse on Saturday 4 October.

Hailing from County Tyrone, The Whistlin’ Donkeys formed in 2011 and have been entertaining audiences across the globe ever since.
Comprising of vocalist Fergal McAloon, banjo player Tomas Quinn, fiddler player Mickey Kerr, guitarist Stevie Corrigan, bassist Danny McCormack and drummer Oscar Bradley, fans can expect to hear all their favourite Whistlin’ Donkeys tracks on tour, including ‘Bees Wing’, ‘South Australia’, and ‘Can’t Help Falling in Love’, along with their powerful new single ‘When The Ship Comes In’.
