Tassie Artist Rupert Bullard Plots ‘Stand By The Land’ Australian Tour
The emerging singer-songwriter is playing nine dates across the country in July and August.

Emerging Tassie singer-songwriter Rupert Bullard has announced a national tour taking place this July and August
Possessed with a striking stage presence and captivating storytelling ability, Bullard’s folk-infused country and blues songs have seen him touted as Australia’s next big thing.
Taking to social media to announce the tour, Bullard posted: “Howdy Folks! I’ve got a new track coming out real soon, and to celebrate I’ve gone and booked a stack of shows with some wonderfully talented friends! More info soon lovelies, save the dates and I’ll catch you on the road.”
Bullard’s tour begins at Dhudhuroa/Yackandandah as part of Big Mountain Music Fest on Saturday 27 July and continues with gigs at Naarm/Melbourne’s The Workers Club on Wednesday 31 July, Kuorka-dorla/Anglesea’s Grow Anglesea on Thursday 1 August, Yandoit/Castlemaine’s Shedshaker Brewing on Saturday 3 August, Tarndanya/Adelaide at Ern Malley on Thursday 8 August and Nipaluna/Hobart’s Grinners Diver Bar on Friday 22 August.
The final three dates of the tour take place at Waubedebar/Bicheno’s Harvey Vin on Saturday 23 August, Trowanna/Huon Valley’s Willie Smiths Apple Shed on Friday 29 August and Kanamaluka/Launceston’s Avenue Records on Saturday 30 August.

Bullard released his debut EP, Mountains, Rivers, in late 2024. The EP features seven tracks, including the previously released singles ‘The Ocean (Into the Blue)’, ‘Human Form (Angel)’ and ‘Birdy (The Wild)’.
Compared to Bob Dylan by Forte Magazine, Bullard is an exciting new prospect whose beguiling compositions are sure to win him new fans on this tour.
