The Jungle Giants have revealed their new album, Experiencing Feelings of Joy, dropping Friday 8 May. The quartet’s first album in five years includes the recently released single, ‘Tell Me How It Feels’, a song about frontman Sam Hales’ mother.
Speaking on the title of the band’s upcoming album, Hales says, “I’d overextended and kind of cooked it, but I really found myself. That’s where the joy comes from, having this unwavering hope even after experiencing adversity. This record is what everything culminated in for me, because I’m so in love with it and I’m so addicted to music again.”
To commemorate the announcement of their fifth album, The Jungle Giants are hitting the road with good mates The Tullamarines and Tear Drive for a run of shows across Australia and New Zealand this June and July.
