Kiwi riff lords The Datsuns kick off their Australian tour next week, and in the lead-up to their opening concert in Radeliade, the band have revealed the local supports joining them on the road.
Melbourne rock and rollers Willie J's 6V6S are performing in Adelaide and Brisbane, pub rockers Avalanche will take to the stage in Sydney and hard rock stalwarts The Casanovas will play in Melbourne.
This reveal also coincides with a special discount code, SUPPORT, which can be applied at checkout and save you eight bucks off the total price, with a portion of that saving going to the support acts. How good!
The Datsuns’ run of four shows follows a massively successful European tour, with the band’s Aussie tour beginning in Adelaide at The Gov on Wednesday 25 March. Three more shows follow at Brisbane’s Crowbar on Thursday 26 March, Sydney’s Crowbar on Friday 27 March and Melbourne’s Croxton Bandroom on Saturday 28 March.
Tickets are on sale now at hardlinemedia.net.

The Datsuns are one of New Zealand’s most successful rock imports of the past 25 years.
Breaking through with their 2002 self-titled debut album, which topped the NZ charts, the band quickly found themselves sharing stages with the likes of Metallica, The White Stripes, and Queens of the Stone Age.
Over the past two decades, they’ve released seven albums, worked with Led Zeppelin’s John Paul Jones and remain a potent live act.
The current lineup of Scandinavian drummer Adam Lindmark, bassist Dolf de Borst, vocalist and guitarist Christian Livingstone and guitarist Phil Somervell are pumped to return to our shores for some good old-fashioned rock shows next week.
