Barossa Weekend of Music 2026 Returns in September

The Barossa Weekend of Music is a bespoke three-day festival curated by the Australian String Quartet (ASQ) that brings chamber music to the country.

Running from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 September, the event is a celebration of music, food and wine in some of the Barossa's most iconic settings.

The festival features two concert-only experiences, opening with a concert at Angaston Town Hall on Friday followed by an evening performance on Saturday at Peter Lehmann Wines’ Old Redemption Cellar.

Across the weekend are dining events at Maggie Beer’s The Farm Eatery and Seppeltsfield and a cellar door experience at Peter Lehmann Wines, with the final concert taking place on Sunday at Jam Factory at Seppeltsfield.

Joining the ASQ will be the award-winning singer Parvyn and multi-instrumentalist Josh Bennett, bringing the worlds of classic string quartet and Parvyn's Indian raga, soul, jazz and contemporary music roots together.
