The Coogees Announce the Return of Coogee Fest, Share New Single
The day is headlined by The Southern River Band and features a special afternoon set from Kingswood.

After the inaugural Coogee Fest proved to be a huge success, local rockers The Coogees have once again teamed up with the crew at The Suburban Brew to present Coogee Fest 2026.
A music lover’s wet dream, Coogee Fest combines live music, craft beer and food trucks at The Suburban Brew in Glynde on Saturday 28 March.
This year’s lineup features both local acts and an interstate headliner, with rock and rollers The Southern River Band locked in at the top of the bill.
Also performing are The Coogees (of course), alongside Perth’s Ragdoll, rockers Shotgun Mistress, emerging trio Vermantics, heavy stone rockers Dirty Pagans, psych-rockers The Sundials and headbanging rock outfit Emergency Rule.
Kingswood are also making an appearance with a special 2pm set that will be recorded for a professional live video and audio release.

Along with organising Coogee Fest, The Coogees, comprising vocalist Joel Giannitto, guitarists Danny Giannitto and Matt Disisto, bassist Andrew Cutting, drummer Jonnie Giannitto and keyboardist Jason Forte, have returned with new single ‘Anthem of the True Believers’.
The Coogees’ musical return is one fans have been waiting too long for, with this track an absolute ripsnoter with a powerhouse ‘80s riff.
‘Anthem of the True Believers’ embodies the vintage rock spirit with a soaring swagger and is sure to become a live favourite, so make sure you head along to Coogee Fest for the chance to hear the track performed live by the lads for the very first time.
