Best Known for their songs ‘Dry The Rain’ and ‘Squares’, The Beta Band became indie rock darlings in the late ‘90s.
Their sound combines a raft of influences and genres, blending folk, psychedelia, electronica, post-rock and trip hop into an intriguing, ear-pleasing sound.
Counting Radiohead and Oasis as fans, the band released three albums – The Beta Band (1999), Hot Shots II (2001) and Heroes to Zeros (2004) – before going their separate ways in 2004.
Reuniting two decades since their last full studio album, The Beta Band are excited to celebrate their music with fans in Australia next year.
