Teenage Bottlerocket Announce Australian Tour 2027

Punk rockers Teenage Bottlerocket are heading down under in 2027, performing eight shows across February.

Coming along for the ride is Brendan Kelly, best known as the bassist and vocalist of Chicago-based punk outfit The Lawrence Arms.

The tour arrives in support of their 2025 album, Ready To Roll, and their most recent single, a cover of The Queers' 'Teenage Bonehead'. The track is part of a split 7" with The Queers, who have recorded a reinterpretation of Teenage Bottlerocket's 'Blood Bath at Burger King', which they have called 'Hog Log at Burger King'.

Teenage Bottlerocket's Aussie jaunt kicks off in Sydney at Metro Social on Friday 12 February before heading to Newcastle's Croatian Club on Saturday 13 February, Wollongong's La La La's on Sunday 14 February, Gold Coast's Vinnies Dive Bar on Tuesday 16 February, Brisbane's Brightside on Wednesday 17 February, Sunshine Coast's Black Flag on Thursday 18 February and Adelaide's UniBar on Friday 19 February, wrapping up in Melbourne at Howler on Saturday 20 February.

Teenage Bottlerocket have been fan favourites for more than 25 years, breaking through with their 2025 sophomore album Total. While they aren't reinventing the wheel, their playful punk rock vibe has connected with audiences across the globe, resulting in 10 studio albums and tours with NOFX, the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes and more.

The current lineup includes OG member Ray Carlisle (vocals, guitar) alongside Kody Templeman (guitar, vocals), Miguel Chen (bass, backing vocals) and Darren Chewka (drums, backing vocals), who also released a new EP earlier this year entitled The Invisible Man.
