Adelaide pop punk meets emo act Superdose Gangway have today shared their new single ‘No Reason At All’.
Produced by Lachy Pitcher (TOWNS, Sleep Talk, Colourblind), ‘No Reason At All’ is an anthemic guitar-driven beauty tackling themes of existential doubt.
“I believe that action is the best response to the current state of the world,” says frontman Max Tulysewski. “But sometimes all I can muster is despair. This song has been a work in progress since the pandemic, and I think it reflects some common themes of the last five years. My hope is that this song encourages people to be kinder to themselves and those around them.”
The track is accompanied by a music video directed by Pete Williams, with Superdose Gangway launching the single at OC Sound Fest on Saturday 24 January.

Coming together in 2015, frontman Max Tulysewski, guitarists Sam Morris and Zoe Smith, bassist Anthony Costanzo, and drummer Craig Burns have been releasing heartfelt, Midwest-inspired emo pop punk for a decade.
Not ones to follow the standard record and release pathway, Superdose Gangway’s first release was twenty-six songs in twenty-sixteen, a project that saw them composing, recording and releasing a new song every fortnight. They’ve also released a best-of mixtape titled Monsoon Season through US indie label Old Press Records, dropped a stack of one-of-a-kind singles and written an original song for the feature film The Last Grind, which is now streaming on SBS.
Having honed their live performance alongside the likes of Tigers Jaw, Signals Midwest, The 5.6.7.8’s, Carb on Carb, The Smith Street Band, Slowly Slowly, Ceres and Press Club, ‘No Reason At All’ signals the next exciting chapter in the career of Superdose Gangway.
