Formed in 1964, it wasn't until the '70s that Smokie broke through with a smattering of singles, including the global smash, 'Living Next Door To Alice', which has sold over 10 million copies worldwide.

Smokie have released more than 20 albums since their inception, with the ever-changing lineup currently featuring lead vocalist and guitarist Pete Lincoln, lead guitarist and vocalist Mick McConnell, keyboardist Martin Bullard, drummer Steve Pinnell and bassist Luke Bullard.

Smokie are no strangers to Australian shores, with this tour a great chance to relive the '70s for longtime fans while newcomers can discover the iconic tracks of the soft rocker mainstays for the first time.

Catch Smokie performing at Thebarton Theatre on Tuesday 2 March. Ticketing information is available at metropolistouring.com.
