Legendary Perth rocker Kim Salmon (of Scientists/Beasts of Bourbon/Beasts fame) is embarking on a national tour this year with his most recent creation, Smoked Salmon.

The album tour begins with four shows in Western Australia. Along with announcing the tour, Smoked Salmon have shared new single, ‘Hell in a Handbasket’. The track follows last year’s, ‘How Did They Ever Manage’, which debuted at #1 on the AIR 100% Independent Singles chart.
The track is a fuzzy ball of ‘90s guitar energy that’s as chaotic and surreal as you’d expect from someone of Salmon’s ilk. The press release accompanying ‘Hell in a Handbasket’ describes the tune as “like being in an episode of Get Smart at a Kaos party and someone’s spiked the punch with acid and there’s fuzz guitar and day glow triple exposure all round! What’s not to love about it!”
Catch Smoke Salmon at The Grace Emily on Friday, April 11. Tickets on sale now via Oztix. Find out more information about the release of Smoked Salmon here.
