As the winter chill begins to descend on Australia, summer is on the horizon in Europe, meaning the major music festivals are beginning to finalise their lineups, including Denmark’s Roskilde Festival.
Held from June 28 to July 5, the epic non-profit and independent festival is headlined by Charli XCX, Stormzy, Olivia Rodrigo and Nine Inch Nails.
The bill also includes such luminary acts as Deftones, Fontaines D.C., Doechii, FKA Twigs, SchoolBoy Q, Lola Young, Horesegirl and more.
In total, this year’s festival features an incredible 185 acts from 45 countries, with the most recent additions including The Raveonettes, Seu Jorge, Rachel Chinouriri, MRCY, Aya, and Astrid Sonne.
“Every summer, 130,000 participants and volunteers come together at Roskilde Festival to celebrate music, art, and community in a way that few other places can match,” says Roskilde Festival’s Head of Music, Thomas Sønderby Jepsen.
“Our 2025 lineup presents 185 acts from 45 countries – a reflection of the energy, creativity, and global spirit that make Roskilde Festival one of the most vital festivals anywhere and offer not only a reflection of the present moment, but also a window into the sounds, trends, and expressions that will shape our future.”
