Port Noarlunga Blues Festival is back bigger and better in 2025 with another stellar lineup of blues and roots-inspired artists.
Held at Port Noarlunga Arts Centre over three days from Friday 21 November to Sunday 23 November, the event is South Australia’s largest blues festival, attracting fantastic crowds every year.
The ninth edition of the annual festival features a lineup of handpicked local talent and rising Aussie musos, with Friday night’s entertainment headlined by slide guitar virtuoso Dave Hole and his talented band. An international superstar who broke through in 1990 with the release of his debut album, Short Fuse Blues, Hole will be joined at Noarlunga Arts Centre by authentic blues singer, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Frank Sultana and travelling troubadour Chris Finnen.
Saturday sees performances both day and night at Noarlunga Arts Centre, with an all-female lineup taking to the stage during the afternoon. Veteran blues artist and multiple award winner Fiona Boyes will be joined by triple-threat performer Minnie Marks, an acclaimed singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, alongside emerging guitar star Lil G, who began her musical journey at the age of seven.
The evening finds respected Melbourne blues artist Lloyd Spiegel and his band joined by Frank Sultana, following up his Friday night performance, and Adelaide’s own The Honey Badgers, who never fail to disappoint with their contemporary brand of the blues.
The final day of the Port Noarlunga Blues Festival is another tremendous showcase of local blues acts, with vibrant trio 63Deluxe and dance floor-shaking quartet Mojo Dingo turning Noarlunga Arts Centre into the place to be. The Harmonica Show also takes place on Sunday and features Mark Winston, Bobby Blues and Nathan Dawson backed by Bill Bourke (Guitar, Mojo Dingo), Narmon Tulsi (Bass, The Hiptones, Gumbo Ya Ya) and Paul Turner (Drums, The Harmonics).

Port Noarlunga Blues Festival was first held in November 2017 after the Business and Tourism Association formed a special committee to grow and nurture a new festival, helping transform Port Noarlunga Blues Festival into one of South Australia’s great musical offerings.
Not only is it a celebration of blues music, but also the coastal town of Port Noarlunga itself. The town has a unique village feel with a wide selection of award-winning cafes, bars, and restaurants, along with a thriving arts and cultural community.
Punters heading to the festival are also encouraged to stay the weekend and explore the area, with both McLaren Vale and the Fleurieu Coast regions easily accessible and offering everything from famous wineries and boutique cellar doors to tranquil beaches and art galleries.
