Ahead of the release of British outfit Jungle’s upcoming new album Sunshine, out Friday 14 August, the BRIT Award-winning group have shared the album’s latest single, ‘Someday, Somewhere’.
A breezy, sun-soaked production featuring the effervescent vocals of Lydia Kitto that was first played during Tom McFarland’s recent surprise DJ set at Paris’ Bus Palladium, the track follows the previously released singles ‘Carry On’ and ‘The Wave’.
Speaking about the track, Jungle said, “Someday, Somewhere is about holding onto that feeling that something better is coming. It’s got that late-summer Jungle optimism, a little bit of longing, a little bit of escape, and hopefully something people can lose themselves in.”
Sunshine will be released digitally, on CD and on vinyl, including a 180-gram black vinyl, Desert Peach vinyl and translucent brown marble vinyl – all packed as single gatefold LPs.
