After the success of his Feeding the Wolves 20th anniversary run of shows last year, singer-songwriter Josh Pyke is taking the tour to regional Australia in 2026.

Pyke will perform 36 intimate shows across Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and the ACT throughout the year, ending the tour in South Australia at Port Lincoln Brewing Co on Saturday 25 April.

Going back to basics, Pyke will perform songs from the album in their rawest form, giving fans the chance to experience favourites like ‘Middle of the Hill’, ‘The Summer’ and ‘The Lighthouse Song’ alongside other hidden gems from his extensive catalogue.

“The Feeding the Wolves anniversary tour was such an incredibly special run of shows,” says Pyke. “Being able to revisit those songs with audiences who've carried them for twenty years was really emotional and celebratory. I can't wait to take that energy and connection to the regional towns that have supported me from the very start.”

Tickets for all shows are on sale now at joshpyke.com.

“21 years ago, I was working in a record store, chipping away at demos for a solo project, and dreaming of being a full-time musician. One year later, I signed with Ivy League Records, released Feeding the Wolves, and my entire life changed,” Pyke explains.

“I remember playing the Sydney leg of the Big Day Out in 2005 and seeing the crowd trickle in during my set until it was at capacity by the end. The same day, ‘Middle of the Hill’ entered the Hottest 100 at number 19, and I pretty much hit the road touring and never stopped.

FTW was nominated for an ARIA that same year, and suddenly I was sitting at a table pinching myself, surrounded by artists whose records I’d been selling at the store the year before. I was signed to Island Records in the UK and Europe and started heading back and forth across the world, touring in the UK, mixing records in New York and playing festivals like Glastonbury.

“It was a wild time, and I feel like it’s only now that I can reflect on it with a bit of distance. This 20-year period has been the craziest whirlwind and the biggest adventure I could have ever imagined. I can’t wait to play the songs and tell the stories that kicked that adventure off to celebrate a career that I’m immensely grateful for, and incredibly proud of.”

Over the past two decades, Josh Pyke has cemented himself as one of Australia’s most revered artists, releasing seven studio albums, winning four ARIA Awards and selling out tours across the country.

Catch Josh Pyke at Port Lincoln Brewing Co on Saturday 25 April. Tickets on sale at frontiertouring.com.
