The country music revival continues in Australia with the announcement of the inaugural Strummingbird music festival.
Taking place in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia this October and November, the one-day festival is headlined by American superstar Jelly Roll.
The four-time Grammy-nominated artist has become a phenomenon since the release of his 2024 studio album, Beautifull Brokern, which topped the Billboard Top 200. Beginning his career as a rapper, Jelly Roll has transitioned into the country genre and found massive success across the globe.
The lineup also features modern outlaw Shaboozey, whose country meets hip hop sound saw his hit song ‘A Bar Song (Tipsy)’ top the Billboard Hot 100, Texan country rock outfit Treaty Oak Revival, rising Queenslander cowboy Wade Forster, Nashville star Drew Baldridge, Aussie folk duo The Dreggs and many more.
Those who want to end the night with a bang can head to Late Night Riot for last drinks, where Hot Dub Time Machine will take festival goers on a journey through musical history and party starter Y.O.G.A. (Reuben Styles) will keep the good vibes going well into the night.
