Jazz Supergroup AZIZA Announces Australian Tour 2026

Internationally acclaimed jazz supergroup AZIZA will make their Adelaide debut as part of their upcoming Australian tour this
The quartet, which is made up of legendary bassist Dave Holland, acclaimed saxophonist Chris Potter, visionary guitarist Lionel Loueke and powerhouse drummer Eric Harland, are celebrating the 10th anniversary of their self-titled album.
Jazz fans can expect a dazzling evening of music from the four influential artists who have collectively performed alongside the likes of Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, Wayne Shorter, Pat Metheny, Joe Henderson, Charles Lloyd and John Scofield.
AZIZA’s Australian tour begins in Melbourne as part of the Melbourne International Jazz Festival at Hamer Hall on Sunday 25 October. The quartet then play Sydney’s City Recital Hall on Wednesday 28 October, followed by Her Majesty’s Theatre on Thursday 29 October, with the tour wrapping up in Perth at Her Majesty’s Theatre for the Perth International Jazz Festival on Sunday 1 November.

All four members of AZIZA have had an impact on the world of jazz, with Holland having been Miles Davis’ bassist for many years, legendary saxophonist Potter known for his collaborations with the likes of Herbie Hancock, Pat Metheny, Steely Dan and John Scofield, guitarist Loueke being Herbie Hancock’s main man and multi-Grammy-nominated drummer Harland one of the most sought-after stickmen on the planet.

Miss Kaninna is taking over UniBar Adelaide this October for what promises to be one hell of a show.
The three-day festival also features performances from James Blundell, Andrew Swift, Robbie Mortimer and more.
The track follows Genesis Owusu’s recently released acclaimed third album, REDSTAR WU & THE WORLDWIDE SCOURGE.
The deathcore quartet will be joined on tour by Counterparts and Fox Lake.
