A unique mixture of ‘90s synths, alt-rock, metalcore and contemporary pop sounds, Electric Callboy are unlike any band out there.
Emerging from Germany’s music scene in 2010, it was the band’s 2014 sophomore album, We Are the Mess, that brought them to the attention of the wider music public.
Since then, they’ve released a further four albums, including 2022’s Tekkno, which averages over 3 million monthly listeners on Spotify and was the band’s first release to top the German Album Charts. The album was their first to feature clean vocalist Nico Sallach and their last with drummer David-Karl Friedrich, spawning smash singles like ‘RATATATA’ featuring BABYMETAL, ‘We Got the Moves’ and ‘Still Waiting’.
Known for their electrifying live shows, Electric Callboy are not to be missed when they make their Australian return next year.
