Rising Naarm/Melbourne singer-songwriter Holly Hebe has shared infectious new single, ‘SNAP OUT OF IT!’.
The spirited single arrives after Hebe just wrapped up her support slot on The Dreggs’ recent Australian tour.
‘SNAP OUT OF IT!’ explores complacency in a relationship and follows on from previously released singles ‘Bitterness’, ‘Don’t Come Crying’ and ‘Billboards’.
“‘SNAP OUT OF IT!’ is a playful take on feeling restless in a relationship,” Hebe explains. “It’s a mixture of outgrowing someone, and not getting the energy you deserve as you feel yourself slip further and further down the priority list. ‘You’re gonna lose me, and you don’t even flinch’ detailing the threat of nonchalant-ness and complacency, all while you are offering bids of attention that are constantly rejected.”
