HEAVENSGATE Announce 'The Angel Hymns' Australian Tour

Melbourne metalcore brutes HEAVENSGATE are returning home for The Angel Hymns Australian Tour this October and November.

After spending much of the year touring internationally, the band are celebrating the release of their latest EP, A HEART IS A HEAVY BURDEN, along with their collaboration with We Came As Romans for the reimagined version of 'red smoke', taken from WCAR’s upcoming special release All Is Beautiful...Because We’re Doomed: Circularity.

Joined by Greyscale Records label mates Mélancolia and rising Sydney outfit Irken Armada, HEAVENSGATE have locked in five dates across the country.

The Angel Hymns Australian Tour begins in Brisbane at The Brightside on Thursday 22 October, followed by dates at Sydney's Lansdowne Hotel on Friday 23 October, Melbourne's Leadbeater Hotel on Friday 30 October and Adelaide's Jive on Friday 6 November, wrapping up at Perth's Lynotts Lounge on Saturday 7 November.

Released last year, A HEART IS A HEAVY BURDEN is HEAVENSGATE's most deeply personal release yet, with the band's take on modern metalcore resonating with fans.

Building on their 2022 debut EP AND ALL I LOVED, I LOVED ALONE, the record further cements HEAVENSGATE as a force in the heavy music scene.

Currently in North America supporting 156/Silence and Aviana throughout September, HEAVENSGATE head home for five shows before linking up with thrown, Counterparts and No Cure across Europe and the UK to end the year.
