DMA’s Announce Second Album Preview Party at The Exeter

The demand to attend DMA's upcoming album preview parties is so great that the band has announced a second event at the Exeter Hotel.

After revealing they would be heading to South Australia for two special shows at the Exeter Hotel and Port Noarlunga Bowlo last week, the first event at the Ex sold out in 24 hours, so the trio have added a second.

The Sydney trio will be celebrating the release of their self-titled fourth studio album, out Friday 7 August via Wonderlick Entertainment/Sony Music Australia/RCA UK, at the iconic Exeter Hotel at 12:30pm (sold out) and 4:00pm on Saturday 15 August and at the Port Noarlunga Bowlo at 12:30pm on Sunday 16 August.

These exclusive listening parties give fans the chance to hear DMA’s new record in full in an intimate setting. The trio of vocalist Tommy O'Dell, lead guitarist Matthew Mason and rhythm guitarist Johnny will also be conducting a Q&A and playing live acoustic versions of tracks from the record.

DMA’s, the band's highly anticipated fourth album, was written and recorded between the band’s own studio in Sydney and LA. Co-produced with the Grammy-nominated Lach Bostock (Mansionair), with help from Jimi Somewhere & Styalz Fuego, DMA’s is being heralded as the band's most introspective release yet.

The trio have released four singles from the album – ‘My Baby’s Place’, ‘Hurricane’, ‘Killing Time’ and ‘Heaten Park’ – with DMA's shaping up as the band's best release yet.

DMA’s album preview parties take place at the Exeter Hotel at 12:30pm and 4:00pm on Saturday 15 August and the Port Noarlunga Bowlo at 12:30pm on Sunday 16 August. Register here.
