CRADLE OF FILTH ANNOUNCE ‘AUSTRALIAN INVASION 2024’ Tour
The extreme metal titans are playing five dates across Australia this September.

Rising from the fiery depths of, erm, Suffolk, England, extreme metal pioneers Cradle of Filth are bringing the darkness Down Under this September.
The ‘Australian Invasions 2024’ tour commemorates the release of the band’s 2023 live album, Trouble and Their Double. Cradle of Filth will take to stages nationwide, playing Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
The tour's first show begins in Perth at Metropolis Fremantle on Tuesday, September 24. The dark lords of chaos then hit the Gov in Adelaide on Wednesday, September 25, Northcote Theatre in Melbourne on Friday, September 27, the Metro in Sydney on Saturday, September 28 and the Triffid in Brisbane on Sunday, September 29.
Joining Cradle of Filth on their malevolent journey across the country is Moldovan metalcore demons Infected Rain, performing in Australia for the first time.
Regarding black metal and its many subgenres, none have been as influential and successful as Cradle of Filth. For over three decades the band has been entertaining (and horrifying) audiences with their gothic poetry, brain-altering riffs and insane live performances. Vocalist and remaining founding member, Dani Filth, has been at the helm of Cradle of Filth’s rise to commercial success over the years, with their most recent studio album, Existence Is Futile, described by Kerrang! as “the band's best record since” 2000’s Midian.
Led by multi-talented vocalist Lena Scissorhands, Infected Rain has been tearing up moshpits around the world for 15 years with their nu-metal meets melodic death grooves concoctions. Infected Rain has six studio albums to their name, with their most recent effort, 2024’s TIME, 12 tracks of subterranean heaviness and rhythmic grooves that will melt your face.
