One of the country’s premier beat masters, Flood has crafted his unique sound over the course of many years via study, training and pure dedication to his craft.
Along with his band, he creates rhythmic music that weaves through nu-jazz, house, broken beat, DnB, funk and experimental sounds, with his live performances akin to a jazz freakout with soul.
Having worked with some heavyweight artists, including Chief Xian aTunde Adjuah (formerly Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah), Elena Pinderhughes, Weedie Braimah, Ábáse, Horatio Luna, Cazeaux OSLO, Vivian Sessoms, Emma Volard and Nelson Dialect, and toured the globe this past year, Floods homecoming is one not to be missed.
