Velvet Trip Plots ‘Glimmers Continued’ Australian Tour
The run of shows arrives in support of Velvet Trip’s sophomore album, Glimmers Continued.

Velvet Trip is gearing up for a big year with the release of their second album, Glimmers Continued (due out Friday 30 January), and a national tour to boot!
Led by Wiradjuri man Zeppelin Hamilton, Velvet Trip’s soulful indie grooves have struck a chord with Aussie music lovers, with the band having performed at festivals such as Byron Bay Bluesfest and Lost Paradise, as well as support acts like Parcels, Ocean Alley and John Butler Trio.
Keen to keep the good times rolling once Glimmers Continued is out in the world, Velvet Trip are hitting the road in March. Kicking things off at Sydney’s The Lansdowne Hotel on Saturday 14 March, Velvet Trip then play Melbourne’s Northcote Social Club on Friday 20 March, Brisbane’s Blues Bar on Saturday 21 March, Adelaide’s The Austral on Friday 27 March and Perth’s Indian Ocean Hotel on Saturday 28 March.

Blending psych rock with indie soul, Velvet Trip explores themes such as vulnerability, self-discovery and imagination.
Velvet Trip’s debut album, Harmony Blooms, was three years in the making and received ARIA Chart success and landed at #1 on the AMRAP Metro Chart.
Upcoming sophomore album Glimmers Continued furthers the evolution of Velet Trip as they prepare to tour the country across March.

The metalcore heroes are also hitting the road this September.
Nature’s Pill is set to arrive on Friday 2 October via Winspear.
The album is a companion piece to last year’s Kicking My Feet.
