Viral sensation TwoSet Violin are returning home for a run of shows across Australia and New Zealand this June.
Comprising Aussie violin duo Brett Yang and Eddy Chen, TwoSet Violin are excited to embark on the Oceania leg of their hugely successful Sacrilegious Games World Tour.
Combining classical music with comedy, the pair have become global stars and boast over 9.5 million followers on social media, with their content having amassed an incredible 1.5 billion views to date.
“We’ve been practicing over 40 hours a day for this moment,” Brett and Eddy said. “Returning to Australia and New Zealand feels surreal and we can’t wait to put on a show for music lovers in each city”.
Having sold out shows across North America and now touring Europe, TwoSet Violin’s Sacrilegious Games World Tour is hitting Australia in June, with the first show taking place at Perth’s Convention & Exhibition Centre on Sunday 7 June.
TwoSet Violin will then play two shows at the Sydney Opera House on Monday 8 and Tuesday 9 June, followed by concerts at Auckland’s Aotea Centre on Saturday 13 June, Melbourne’s Palais Theatre on Friday 19 June, Brisbane’s Convention & Exhibition Centre on Sunday 21 June and Adelaide’s Festival Theatre on Wednesday 24 June.

TwoSet Violin’s homecoming tour merges a classical music concert with current social media trends, with Brett and Eddy joined by long-time collaborator and acclaimed pianist Sophie Druml, while the Sydney performances will feature The Metropolitan Orchestra conducted by Sarah-Grace Williams.
Proudly presented by Harmonie International, concert goers can expect to hear classical favourites from Mozart, Vivaldi, Paganini, Tchaikovsky and many more.

This year’s festival also features sets from The Teskey Brothers, Charlie Musselwhite, Judith Hill and Ruthie Foster.
This would have been the band’s first performance in since 2013.
