Guitar virtuoso and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Tom Morello has announced two Bluesfest sideshows while he’s in the country this March.
The Grammy-winning axeman known for his work with Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave, Prophets of Rage and Bruce Springsteen’s E-Street Band is bringing his highly charged live show to Melbourne and Sydney before his Bluesfest 2025 appearance.

Tom Morello’s resume is super impressive, with the guitarist having released three studio albums with Rage Against the Machine before the band called it quits. He went on to form Audioslave with fellow Rage members Tim Commerford (bass) and Brad Wilk (drums), along with Soundgarden’s Chris Cornell on vocals, releasing three studio LPs.
The trailblazer also formed Prophets of Rage (Morello, Commerford and Wilk alongside Public Enemy’s DJ Lord and Chuck D, and Cypress Hill’s B-Real) and recorded and toured with Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band.
If that’s not enough, Morello has also released albums under The Nightwatchman alias along with several collaborative records, with his first full-length solo rock record arriving later this year.
