The Pretty Littles Share New Single ‘Good SLeeps’
The rock outfit are also releasing a live album.

Naarm/Melbourne indie rock stalwarts The Pretty Littles released one of the most underrated albums of 2025 – the ten-track punch to the gut titled Force. Eight months later and the lads return with anthemic guitar thumper ‘Good Sleeps’.
Taken from the quartet’s next studio album, due out early 2026 through Endless Records, ‘Good Sleeps’ has a familiar feel to it, like that old hoodie that keeps you warm during the colder months. Produced by Greg Rietwyk (Press Club, TOWNS, Vasco Era) and The Pretty Littles at Wrangler Studios in Footscray, ‘Good Sleeps’ is a gem of a tune that continues The Pretty Littles’ hot streak of releases.
Speaking on the track, frontman Jack Parsons says it came about by accident: “This song was one of those happy accidents... most of it was written on a recent tour through Central Australia, when a bunch of shit was going wrong. Despite the challenges, I remember feeling grateful to be in those situations and in those places. I don’t have many reliable anchors or meditations, but all my enduring memories come from difficult times. You don’t remember the good sleeps!”
The release of ‘Good Sleeps’ arrives a couple of weeks before The Pretty Littles drop the live album Fish Guts For Miles. Recorded at Melbourne’s iconic Corner Hotel in March of this year, the album features 12 tracks, including fan favourites ‘Don Dale’ and ‘Australian Dream’. Pre-order your copy here.

The Pretty Littles have been out there getting it done for over a decade, but this year saw the release of the band’s first album in five years, the incredible Force.
Engineered and mixed by Press Club guitarist Greg Rietwyk and mastered by Joe Carra, Force features the singles ‘Force’, ‘Australian Dream’ and ‘Taking On Water’.
The current lineup of The Pretty Littles comprises sole OG member Jack Parsons alongside Sam Nathan, JP Nicolacopoulos and Liam Jenkins, with the four-piece excited to share their next studio album with fans early in 2026.
